It's time to review my first month of #turnIndieChallenge and I'm gonna share publicly the numbers.

🚀 What I did

• Ghostboard: active development and first launch, is the analytics speacially designed for Ghost blogs.
• Starting 2nd project I will launch on September 2018

Not sure if you think it isn't enough but I worked a lot of time and spent a lot of energy 🏃🏼

💉 Besides, my wife was hospitalized on last week of August and I only workedsome short time periods whenever I could.

⚖️ What I got

My review is positive, the best is the good feedback I received, I think some people are really interested in the tool I'm building.

Even it reached the Hacker News frontpage 🤪

Of course, not only nice messages 🌈 but I see signups and users too, let's talk about it in a moment.

The downside is I noticed I have to work a lot more and harder about spread the word and market it, it's a lot slower that I thought.

Along this August Ghostboard got:

• 18 signups: people who leaved their email 🌎
• 12 users: signups who validated their email (66%) ✉️
• 9 blogs: users who set up it in their blogs (75%) ⚙️
• $15 revenue 💵

In total:

• 3 customers actually 🌸
• 8 users in free trial (30 days) 🎮
• 1 user in free trial already entered its card 💳
• 0 cancellations 🎯

I keep working actively in Ghostboard, I'm improving and will improving a lot more and I love to see it running in another blogs 😍

👨‍💻 On the other hand, I am also working on what will be my second project that I will launch in September. I initially expected to launch at the end of August, but after the launch and traction of Ghostboard I decided to change the direction a bit and it was a delay.

After that, I consider doing even shorter projects and I must explore the world of mobile applications 📱

⌚️ This would be very long if I write everything I am learning, deciding, reading or feeling these days, but maybe I will write about it at another time.
