đ° Show me the money
Glasslytics.com
- âī¸ 3 signups
- đ¸ 1 customer (+1)
- đĩ $6 MRR
Ghostboard.io
- đ¸ 4 customers
- đĩ $15 MRR
- đ¯ 1 cancellations due to non-payment
- đ¯ 0 cancellations by users
đŠ Total: $21
As I anticipated in last month balance, the client who did not pay finally did not respond and after 7 attempts and 3 weeks the payment could not be charged so I finally canceled his subscription âšī¸
đ This month has happened again with another of the first customers, one of the most active in terms of feedback, but we will see what happens.
And this happens for the banks, which deny payment online in recurring charges sometimes. So you have to contact the customer and communicate the problem so that he can talk and solve the problem with his bank đ§
Something strange also happened: one of the users who gave me feedback several times, who asked me to add the multiblog support and who had already added the card during the free trial, added 3 blogs and 2 days before the charge, canceled everything. And I have not heard from him again ... đ°
On the other hand, seeing the evolution of the data in graphical mode, it is true that it does not go downwards but rather maintains or improves slightly every month, but the growth is being incredibly low and slow đŖ
I want to save negativity and not write some things, but you can imagine đ
đē Coming soon
In November I plan:
- Complete Ghostboard 2.0 đ
- I will spend some days or weeks to marketing to see what I get đĩī¸ââī¸
- There are some things hanging around the head and some prototype out there, but I'm not sure what I'll do and launch later đ¤ˇââī¸
